Entry requirements

• A completed High School Certificate (or equivalent) OR
• A completed AQF Certificate III (or higher) qualification OR
• A completed Tertiary Preparation Course from an Australian University or an accredited provider demonstrating a reasonable prospect of success through the Grade Point Average (GPA) gained in these studies OR
• Work experience, within the same industry as the course profile, of at least two years full time or equivalent, evidenced by a detailed resume

An undergraduate degree from a recognised Australian tertiary institution (or equivalent). Applicants without a tertiary qualification may be admitted to the Graduate Certificate in Human Resource Management on the basis of prior post-secondary study, professional attainment and/or work experience.

Master of Professional Accounting Applicants are required to have an undergraduate degree from a recognised Australian tertiary institution (or equivalent). The undergraduate degree must be in a field other than Accounting, or not recognised by the Australian Accounting professional bodies for associate membership. Applicants without a tertiary qualification may be admitted to the Graduate Certificate in Professional Accounting or Graduate Diploma of Accounting on the basis of professional attainment and/or work experience. Upon successful completion of the Graduate Certificate of Professional Accounting/Graduate Diploma of Accounting, students will then be eligible for admission to the Master of Professional Accounting and receive credit for applicable subjects.

Applicants should hold:

• a Master of Islamic Studies from Charles Sturt University with a Distinction average plus evidence of research; or
• a Bachelor of Islamic Studies (Honours) with Class 1 or Class 2 Division 1 from Charles Sturt University; or
• an award from another accredited tertiary institution, accepted by the University Research Committee (URC) as equivalent to one of the above awards, and/or have demonstrated in study or professional performance potential to undertake research at a Master degree level.

Admission to candidature is subject to approval the URC.

Entry requirements

Entry into the Master of Clinical Exercise Physiology is competitive based on GPA. To be eligible to apply, prospective students must:

1. Have graduated from a degree with full or provisional accreditation at the level of Exercise Science with Exercise and Sports Science Australia (ESSA), with a GPA of 4.5 or higher (please refer to the ESSA website for a list of accredited courses);
2. OR Have graduated from a minimum three-year degree in exercise and/or sports science (or a related field) with a GPA of 4.5 or higher, and hold current ESSA accreditation at the level of Exercise Science (AES) at the time of application;
3. OR Have graduated from a minimum three-year degree in exercise and/or sports science (or a related field) with a GPA of 4.5 or higher, and have an ESSA Graduate Entry Assessment outcome that confirms attainment of ALL elements within the Exercise Science Standards (only for students that graduated from an exercise and/or sports science degree that is NOT accredited with ESSA at the level of Exercise Science).

Applicants must also meet English language requirements. This requires a minimum overall academic IELT score of 7 with no score below a 7 in each of the individual skill areas (listening, reading, writing and speaking) or other qualification with scores deemed equivalent.

This course is one of a unique series of online Masters degrees that Charles Sturt University has partnered with IT Masters to develop. You may be eligible for up to six subjects credit for prior study if you've completed a recognised postgraduate qualification or relevant Industry certifications within the last 10 years. Complete the IT Masters Eligibility Form to see if you're eligible for credit for this course.

Applicants without a tertiary qualification may be admitted to the course on the basis of professional attainment and/or work experience. Upon successful completion of the Graduate Diploma, students will then be eligible for admission to the Master of Project Management and receive credit for applicable subjects.

Bachelor's degree in Paramedicine from a University or tertiary education provider (or equivalent) OR A graduate diploma in Paramedicine from Charles Sturt or an equivalent University or tertiary organisation

NOTE: Registered nurses without paramedic experience should apply to the Graduate Diploma of Clinical Practice (Paramedicine) rather than the Graduate Diploma of Paramedicine.
