Membership in AFGW is open to all women who hold a degree or its equivalent from a University or institute of higher education.
Scholarship offered by The Law Council of Australia for Aboriginal or Torres Strait Islander people studying (part-time or full-time) in an approved course to gain admission as a legal practitioner in any Australian jurisdiction.
The scholarships are worth between $3000 and $5000 per year and may continue for up to four years.
