The Doctor of Business Administration is a professional doctorate consisting of a rigorous program of advanced study and research, designed specifically to meet the needs of management professionals on issues of contemporary professional management practice.
The Doctoral Degree qualifies individuals who apply a substantial body of knowledge to research, investigate and develop new knowledge, in one or more fields of investigation, scholarship or professional practice.
As per Rule 4 and HDR Admissions and Enrolement Policy. Prior to applying applicant should find a potential supervisor and discuss their proposed topic. Applicants will be considered who have a Bachelor degree with upper second class Honours or higher from a recognised tertiary institution; a research Masters degree with at least two thirds of the degree comprising a thesis; a coursework Masters degree or Graduate Diploma which includes a research project or thesis of 10,000-20,000 words (minimum 25% research component of the entire degree): a qualification at a level from another tertiary institution considered equivalent by the Dean of Graduate Research. Note: International students must meet the University English Language requirement for admission.
This Graduate Diploma provides an introduction to key aspects of Marine and Antarctic Science for students enrolled in the Quantitative Marine Science PhD programs (QMS).

Entry Requirements
For entry into the MBA (Executive) students must meet the following criteria:
Minimum of five (5) years managerial experience
and
Completion of an AQF Level 7 (or higher) degree in an Australian higher education institution or the equivalent standard in any other institution; or
Completion of an AQF Level 6 Advanced Diploma or Associate Degree qualification.
