This experiential post-graduate degree is offered part-time over three years.
The Master of Leadership and Management (Organisation Dynamics) is offered at two campuses: Melbourne (weekly classes) and Sydney (block classes suited to fly-in-fly-out).
This course integrates work experience with academic theory. This program is designed to improve your leadership capability and grow resilience as an individual, in groups and within your organisation.
Psychodynamic theories are studied as a basis for understanding, withstanding and creatively managing unconscious defences that impede work group functioning and task accomplishment. The course is offered on a part-time basis across six semesters (two and a half years for midyear entry) to experienced professionals with an appropriate level of work responsibility and experience who wish to develop their capabilities in organisational leadership and management.
In Melbourne, subjects are in mixed blocks of day/evening weekly classes. In Sydney, subjects are taught in blocks of two, three or five days, followed by online classes to assist you as you complete the course work.
NIODA's academic programs, research and consultancy have grown from long traditions and practice in systems psychodynamics in Australia for over 35 years.
