In this course, you will gain a sound understanding of key employment issues along with the skills to respond to rapid changes reshaping local and international work practices, advancing your career in people management and enabling you to progress to a graduate diploma or master's qualification.
Entry Requirements
For qualifications awarded outside Australia, equivalencies and entry requirements are determined based on the country, institution, and qualification.
To be eligible for admission, an applicant is required to have:
an Australian bachelor's degree or higher (or equivalent qualification) or professional work experience in a relevant field (typically three years).
This course will provide you with a sound understanding of key human resource management, employment and ethical leadership issues, advancing your career in people management and enabling you to progress to a master's qualification.
Entry Requirements
To be considered for admission, an applicant is required to have:
an Australian bachelor's degree or higher (minimum 60 percent average) or equivalent qualification, or
an Australian bachelor's degree or higher with a pass average (minimum 50 percent) or equivalent qualification, and satisfactory performance in the GMAT (for guidance, the class average score is 590)
or equivalent Business School approved admissions test or the University of Sydney Graduate Certificate in Human Resource Management and Industrial Relations with a credit average (65 percent).
