The course follows an integrated approach to professional practice through engineering management/professional engineering subjects, business administration subjects, and an independent project in engineering management.
The program allows students to complete the Master of Engineering Management and Master of Business Administration in two years of full-time study.
This course is suitable for professional engineers who want to upskill in engineering management and business administration with the aim of taking up leadership roles.
Students are required to complete 96 credit points, comprising 48 credit points in engineering management and 48 credit points in business administration. The project component consists of a preparatory subject and a project (in engineering management) which must be undertaken in successive sessions, typically the final two sessions of the course.
