Graduate Diploma
The Graduate Diploma in Business Administration provides a basis for the development of a career in management for graduates who have not previously undertaken an administrative studies degree. The program provides knowledge and skills essential for superior management performance and encompasses the ethos of practice-based learning, social justice, inclusion, and research with real-world impact.
The course features a core of five subjects that introduces students to key managerial and business concepts. These core subjects are from our MBA program and provide an immersive experience with students from diverse industry, cultural and educational backgrounds. Beyond the core subject, students choose from a wide choice of electives from faculties throughout UTS.
Career options include management-level positions in industry or government. Students benefit from access to the UTS MBA Career Advantage Program, providing tailored career support, experience solving real industry problems and industry networking throughout the course.
The course comprises five of the core Master of Business Administration subjects, plus three elective, totalling 48 credit points of study.
