• Our Graduate Certificate of Editing and Publishing will equip you with fundamental knowledge of design concepts, technical skills, legal and ethical constraints and editorial processes necessary for a career in both print and online editing and publishing.
• You will undertake courses in the areas of editing, proofreading, and writing for editors, giving you the professional practical knowledge you require to work in the field.

After you complete the Graduate Certificate of Editing and Publishing, you will have the option to take the credit from your studies and go on to complete the Graduate Diploma of Editing and Publishing or Master of Editing and Publishing.

• Publishing can be a flexible field, with many practitioners moving between in-house and freelance work over the course of their careers.
• Graduates of this degree may work as editing and publishing professionals in corporate, government and academic organisations both in traditional print and e-publishing capacities.

To complete this degree students must complete 4 units. Most courses (similar to 'subjects') are valued at 1 unit.
