  • Our Graduate Certificate of Editing and Publishing will equip you with fundamental knowledge of design concepts, technical skills, legal and ethical constraints and editorial processes necessary for a career in both print and online editing and publishing.
  • You will undertake courses in the areas of editing, proofreading, and writing for editors, giving you the professional practical knowledge you require to work in the field.
Further study

After you complete the Graduate Certificate of Editing and Publishing, you will have the option to take the credit from your studies and go on to complete the Graduate Diploma of Editing and Publishing or Master of Editing and Publishing.

  • 3-year bachelor degree, or equivalent, from a recognised institution.
English language requirements

You are required to satisfy the applicable English language requirements and this degree requires a minimum of IELTS 6.5 or equivalent. If you do not meet the English language requirements you may apply to study a University-approved English language program.
