The Master of Surgery by Research at the University of Melbourne is a program in which you undertake research in a specific aspect of surgery under academic supervision. This course is for medical graduates of at least two years standing and not less than two years of experience as a medical officer in a hospital affiliated with an appropriate university for teaching purposes. To be eligible, you must have the support of your employing hospital and meet the entry requirements set by the University of Melbourne.
