Overview

All domestic applicants will be automatically considered for a 25% fee remission through the Learning Intervention Graduate Scholarship.

This course has two intakes with multiple delivery modes. Both Semester 1 and Semester 2 commencement is available face-to-face or via online delivery. The online commencement offers the same outcomes as the face-to-face commencement. The online course is not available to international students who are holders of an Australian student visa, for study onshore in Australia. This online course is available to all other international students to study wholly online.

Develop the ability to create and teach specialist curriculum to support a range of disabilities and learning difficulties. Learn how to implement evidence-based teaching that optimises student learning while specialising in one of the following:

    Develop the knowledge and skills for assessing, supporting and promoting communication, language and literacy development in students who are deaf or hard of hearing (DHH).
Workload

Choose to study on campus or online. The course is designed to fit the busy schedule of a full-time teacher, with classes taking place on evenings, weekends and during school holidays. If you are a teacher eligible for Victorian Institute of Teaching (VIT) registration, you'll also undertake 30 professional placement days.
