This course provides graduates from a wide range of educational contexts with the opportunity to develop the knowledge and skills crucial to the role of education leaders in the 21st century. Your studies will focus on the global context of education and provide you with the know-how to develop and manage individuals, teams and organisations and in your final unit, you'll be able to draw on your professional experience to complete an individual project report that will allow your research capabilities to shine.

Entry to the Master of Educational Leadership and Management normally requires the possession of a recognised Australian Qualifications Framework (AQF) Bachelors degree or recognised equivalent and a minimum of three years relevant work experience. In addition, entry to the Master of Educational Leadership and Management requires that a student must have:
(a) successfully completed of Hangzhou Normal University's English language preparation course;
(b) an undergraduate degree in education or a related area;
(c) a minimum three years work experience in education, education administration or public administration; and
(d) successfully completed at least four Masters units at Hangzhou Normal University.
Experience in and understanding of at least one education setting.
