Marketing focuses on making and keeping customers by finding, communicating and sustaining the competitive advantage that makes a company truly successful. Topics covered in Marketing include advertising, company strategy, competitive analysis, and value creation. Marketing students at UWA have the opportunity to undertake projects for real-life organisations and have previously worked with companies including Coles, Google, Microsoft, Rio Tinto, Tourism WA, Transperth and Westpac. With classes available during the day and in the evening, this course is suitable for both the busy professional and the full-time student.

Admission Requirements
(1) To be considered for admission to this course an applicant must have-
(a) a Bachelor's degree, or an equivalent qualification, as recognised by UWA; and either:
(b) the equivalent of a UWA weighted average mark of at least 50 per cent;
or
(c) at least two years professional experience in a relevant occupation; or
(2) completed a Graduate Certificate in Commerce or Graduate Certificate in Marketing at UWA.
