About this course

Graduates of this course will have specialised knowledge of the application of psychological principles and theory to workplace settings, where workplace settings include organisations of all forms, industries, and sizes. This course includes both self-paced learning and participation in interactive workshops, for all units, offered both in online timetabled and face-to-face delivery mode. The course offers training in the following areas: work design to enhance employee engagement; health, safety, and human factors at work; organisational change and development; psychology of leadership; teamwork; and employability development. Upon completion of the course, students will be able to review, analyse, and synthesise knowledge and provide solutions to complex problems relating to the human side of work.
