• This course will help participants to develop an advanced level of understanding of hotel operations and the principles behind hotel asset management, service design and delivery systems, operational models and disruptive technologies.

Application process: 

Applications for Australian Citizens and Permanent Residents are not based on your ATAR score (or similar); they're based on individual merit. We review your academic record and any relevant work experience to assess your suitability to undertake studies at the tertiary level. If you meet The Hotel School's requirements, then you will be invited to a face-to-face interview where we can discuss your career ambitions and aspirations, as well as answer any questions you have about studying at the school or a career in the hospitality and tourism industries.

If you are overseas, interstate or in a regional area and unable to attend the interview in person, a video or phone interview will be arranged to accommodate you.
