Graduate Certificate
This course provides science graduates and food industry employees with the opportunity to develop theoretical and practical skills while working in a real food processing environment at the Murdoch Food Centre which is part of the Food Innovation Precinct Western Australia (FIPWA). You will have the flexibility to choose which units to study based on your particular interests or relevant field of work and have the option of progressing to the Graduate Diploma on successful completion of the Graduate Certificate.

Bachelor of Science in a cognate discipline (AQF Level 7). Other AQF Level 7 qualifications will be considered if they are broadly relevant to food science and contain units in biological or chemical sciences, at the discretion of the Academic Chair. Satisfactory preparation for the course through informal or non-formal learning and/or professional experiences subject to the approval of the Academic Chair.
