About this scholarship

The Myer Foundation would like to recognize and honour Sue Nattrass AO for her distinguished career in the arts sector across Australia. The Foundation has decided to do this by supporting the Sue Nattrass Scholarship Fund for students enrolling in the Arts and Cultural Management.

Value

Initial payment of $500 to assist with study expenses (payment made after census date) in Trimester of award.  In addition, a cash payment of up to $14,400 over multiple years, divided into payments of $1,800 per credit point paid on successful completion of each credit point.

Duration

Up to 8 credit points.

Eligibility

All Deakin University scholarships have eligibility criteria. 

To be eligible you must be:

  • A domestic student, studying part time or full time
  • A commencing or continuing postgraduate student enrolled in the Arts and Cultural Management Course at Deakin University (Course code M665)
  • Preference will be given to individuals:
  • working in the arts sector in small-to-medium sized organisations
  • wanting to transition their careers into the arts sector and/or
  • living in remote areas

Special condition

Scholarship recipients will be required to complete a yearly report detailing how this scholarship has helped you with your studies.
