Applicants for the Graduate Certificate in Audiovisual Archiving must meet the following admission requirements:

• A completed Bachelor degree (or AQF equivalent) OR

Students must have completed a MBA degree or Masters Degree in Business, or hold an equivalent qualification from a recognised Australian tertiary institution, or hold an international qualification deemed to be equivalent (as determined by NOOSR).

Students will normally have achieved a credit average (or equivalent) in their MBA (or equivalent) studies as a demonstration of their capacity to undertake postgraduate work at an advanced level.

In addition to acceptable academic qualifications, an applicant for admission shall:

• have a minimum of five years of relevant business experience,
• and be working in business or have access to business such that the practical requirements of the program and the research can be undertaken.

Bachelor degree from a recognised tertiary institution OR Two years relevant work experience OR Graduate Certificate in a related area. Upon successful completion of the Graduate Certificate, students will be eligible for admission to the Master of Information Technology and receive credit for applicable subjects.

Applicants for the Graduate Certificate in Ageing and Health must meet the following requirements:

• Completed degree (or AQF equivalent) in health, nursing, human services, social work, social welfare, social sciences or related areas, including management, health administration.OR
• A recognised diploma (or AQF equivalent) from a Registered Training Organisation AND Five years full time (or equivalent) work experience in Health, Aged Care or Human Services.

Entry requirements

• Completion of an Australian Year 10 qualification (or higher), OR
• Completion of AQF Certificate 2 (or higher) qualification, OR
• Completion of minimum 3 subjects in the Access Charles Sturt Entry Course.
• Equivalent work or life experience.
• Recommendation of Course Director - advice as to whether this course is the most appropriate enabling course may be sought from the Enabling and Transition team.
• Minimum age requirement of 17 years in the year the course is undertaken.
• Must not be currently enrolled in a secondary school or equivalent at the point the course is commenced. Under special circumstances the Course Director will advise.

You can apply for entry to the Undergraduate Certificate in Emergency Management with:

• A high school certificate
• A Certificate III (or higher)
• A Tertiary Preparation Certificate
• Relevant work experience

• A completed Tertiary Preparation Course from an Australian University or an accredited provider demonstrating a reasonable prospect of success through the Grade Point Average (GPA) gained in these studies

• A completed AQF Certificate III (or higher) qualification OR

• Graduate-Entry membership assessment letter from Exercise and Sports Science Australia (ESSA)
• An additional applicant statement comprising of a one (1) page letter outlining reasons for wanting to undertake the course.

Eligibility for admission will be based on the capacity for the course to meet individual student needs including subject availability to address ESSA assessment gaps.
