Masters (Coursework)
The Master of Demography (Advanced) is the only degree of its kind offered in Australia.
The degree provides students with an opportunity to research population issues in Australia's leading demography program. Students will experience research-led coursework, with a focus on applying learning to real-world scenarios. The degree will equip students with cutting-edge skills in demographic techniques, research and writing, culminating with a research thesis. Graduates will emerge with the skills to undertake demographic analysis and apply these to societal issues.
The degree is available in-person, with many courses available online or in-person. Two features of the program are the scenario-based learning approach and access to leading researchers. Both in-person and online courses will have these two key features as central components of the student experience.
