There are pathways to stay involved with project Everest once you have completed your internship. If you're interested there are leadership training opportunities where if you are successful you can come back to be a part of a leadership team and lead a project yourself. From experience, if you are committed to learning, open to feedback and willing to challenge yourself, your efforts will be recognised within this organisation and you will gain a lot personally.

Project Everest openly seek new people to progress and go into leadership and offer everyone the opportunity to do so. This doesn't mean a position is guaranteed but everyone has the opportunity to try and push themselves and develop their skills as a leader.
