Our Graduate Certificate in Organisational Change Management is specifically designed for change professionals.
You will have the opportunity to critically evaluate and reflect on your understanding of change leadership. You'll build and strengthen the capabilities required of a change professional by questioning, reflecting, learning and adopting to new ways of thinking about change management.
Designed with industry professionals to fill the qualification gap, the course is run in collaboration with industry professionals who will also teach on the program.
This semester-long program will be run in a one-week burst mode which will provide flexibility to allow you to plan around your study.
The course is designed as a pathway to entry into the Master of Change, Innovation and Leadership. Students can also take this course as a stand-alone option.
