Engineering is vital to solving the world's big challenges, from building liveable sustainable cities to designing systems to ensure ample clean water for the world's population and more.

Learn the fundamentals of engineering, both technical and interpersonal skills, and apply your knowledge in real situations to prepare you to engineer the future with an internationally accredited UOW engineering degree.

You will study a common first year allowing you to learn about sound fundamentals in mathematics, statistics, physics, computing, engineering science and communication, mechanics, and materials.

You then focus on your chosen major from second year with the option to choose a double major. Combinations include civil and environmental, civil and mining, electrical and electronics and computer and autonomous systems, mechanical and materials, mechanical and mining, mining and environmental, mining and materials.
