You’ll choose one of three specialisations:

Contemporary Issues in Marketing
With a focus on sales, business to business marketing, analytics, and brand management this specialisation will teach you how to develop and implement a sales marketing and then evaluate its success.

International Marketing
As global business continues to grow, understanding marketing in all cultures is essential. This specialisation will develop your marketing skills in a global context.

Entrepreneurial Marketing
An entrepreneurial mindset is an asset in our modern economy. This specialisation will teach you to how to develop fit-for-purpose marketing strategies to take entrepreneurism to the next level.

New to marketing or looking to gain practical experience?
If you are new to the marketing industry or would like to complete a Workplace Project or Corporate Internship the Master of Marketing Management is the best qualification for you.

Entry requirements

For admission to the Master of Marketing Management (Advanced), students need to have:

  • an undergraduate degree of an Australian higher education institution or the equivalent standard in any other institution,

OR

  • completed Master of Marketing Management from the University of Tasmania.

For entry into all postgraduate courses, international students must provide an IELTS test score of at least Band 6 with a minimum of 6.0 on all bands or a TOEFL score of 575 with a Test of Written English score of no less than 4.5. These tests must not be more than 24 months old.
