Entry requirements

The course is suitable for health professionals who wish to enhance their understanding and ability to work effectively with information and communication technologies. The course is also designed for graduates who wish to pursue a career as a health informatics specialist.

To be eligible for an offer, an applicant must have:

  • Completed a bachelor's degree or higher.
  • Two years previous experience working in a health care setting (this includes but is not limited to a hospital, a health clinic, aged care setting, primary health care, department of community services).
  • A Curriculum Vitae detailing minimum two years work experience in the required area of work.
