This Graduate Certificate is designed to provide a practical training program for people who manage people, in managing the conflict that inevitably arises between individuals in the workplace.
It is open to graduates from a range of disciplines including law, management, human resources, marketing, and administration. It will also provide valuable training for a range of professional roles including staff within the public service, social workers, police, health professionals, teachers and engineers. This course is suitable for those in management roles, operating small or large businesses or in any collaborative / team environment.
This program is offered part-time only, over a two year period, to fit with your career and life. All units are fully online.
Units are offered consecutively across two years so students can do one unit at a time. Units will be 13 weeks duration in semesters 1 (February to May) and 2 (July to October).
