Graduate Certificate
Applicants must have graduated from a Bachelor of Midwifery program and practiced as a Registered Midwife for at least six (6) months since graduation, prior to the start of the course.
Applicants must provide evidence of Australian Health Practitioner Regulation Agency (Ahpra) registration as a Division 1 Registered Midwife with no restrictions or conditions.
Safety in Practice Requirements for Child and Family Health
This course includes compulsory work placements. All students must meet the College of Health and Medicine's Safety in Practice Requirements by census date of the first semester of the course. The safety in practice requirements are to be completed separately to the course admission application.
This course is not available to international students. Please enquire online for advice on alternative course options.
Students are required to complete 4 units (50 credit points (cps)) from a specialisation as listed.
