Graduate Certificate
From 2018, all new students will undertake their studies with a specialisation in Leadership, through the Graduate Certificate in Education (Specialisation) course.
The Graduate Certificate in Education (Leadership) is a six month course intended to enable leaders and potential leaders of human service organizations in education, health, welfare and public service organizations to extend and update their knowledge and to lay a foundation for further professional development in both the theory and practice of Leadership. The course will be offered full time or part time and by distance/on-line, Launceston.
This course is only offered on a full fee paying basis. Applicants wishing to undertake the Graduate Certificate in Education (Leadership) should apply for the Bachelor of Education with Professional Honours Leadership (E4Y). This is an alternative pathway for domestic students wishing to study on a Commonwealth Supported (CSP) basis.
The University requires applicants for admission to the Bachelor of Education with Professional Honours (Leadership) to hold a recognised relevant bachelor degree or equivalent qualification, or five years' relevant work experience.
