The Liu McCabe Family PhD Scholarship

Background:

A unique opportunity is available for an outstanding PhD scholar to conduct research into mental health at the Brain and Mind Centre at the University of Sydney.

This Scholarship was established from donations made by the McCabe Family.

Open to:

1. The Scholarship is offered subject to the applicant having an unconditional offer of admission or being enrolled in full-time studies in a PhD within the Faculty of Medicine and Health at the University of Sydney.
2.  Applicants must be willing to undertake research in the field of youth mental health.
3. Applicants must also hold an undergraduate degree in medicine or related field.
4. Applicants must also demonstrate knowledge, skills and experience in mental health

 Value and Duration: The Scholarship will provide an annual stipend allowance of $30,000 per annum for up to three and a half years, subject to satisfactory academic performance.
