The Graduate Certificate in Infection and Immunity aims to help students increase their knowledge of the immune system and analyse fundamental mechanisms of infectious diseases to find improved ways of combating them and controlling infections.
Entry Requirements
Admission to the course requires:
a medical degree from the University of Sydney or equivalent qualification.
Acquire an understanding of theories of educational management and leadership, and of organisational behaviour and change processes and their impact on organisations.

Admission to candidature requires:
a Bachelor of Education from the University of Sydney or equivalent qualification and either the completion of postgraduate studies, or professional experience equivalent to one year full-time in a field considered by the Faculty to be appropriate to the program of study; or
a bachelor's degree and either the Graduate Diploma in Education or Bachelor of Teaching or Master of Teaching from the University of Sydney or equivalent qualification; or
a bachelor's degree from the University of Sydney or equivalent qualification and either the completion of postgraduate studies, or professional experience equivalent to two years full-time in a field considered by the Faculty to be appropriate to the program of study.
