Our Diploma of Surgery will allow you to pursue your interests and develop knowledge and skills in surgical specialty areas as well as non-technical areas such as professionalism, leadership and research.
Admission to this course is on the basis of the following criteria:
Admission may also be subject to satisfactory interview with Program Director.
Surgeons have the opportunity to work in a range of settings, such as small regional hospitals and large metro public or private hospitals. Graduates may pursue careers in all areas of surgery specialisation and the program offers training for those interested in pursuing a career in academic surgery.
