Psychology is a fascinating area of study. It will help you understand human behaviour, mental processes, and allow you to better understand how we think act and feel. If you are interested in a deeper understanding of the human condition this is the course for you.
For admission to this course:
You are required to submit evidence (e.g. academic transcript and unit/subject descriptions unit of study outlines) of successful completion of Psychology 1001 and 1002 or equivalent with your application.
If you have not yet completed Psychology 1001 or 1002, you can apply to undertake these units through Science Undergraduate Non-Degree Study at the University of Sydney in the regular semester or in the January Intensive.

Honours graduates have the necessary training to work in schools, hospitals, prisons, human resources, with people with developmental disabilities, and in various social policy areas in the private and public sectors.
Completion of this degree meets the Level 1 program (Foundational Competencies) requirement with the Australian Psychologists Accreditation Council (APAC), allowing graduates to apply for Level 2 in the registration pathway.
