The Graduate Diploma in Entrepreneurship provides a unique pathway for graduates with aspirations to build, launch and grow their ideas. It is a practical and immersive learning journey where you can refine your entrepreneurial skills, gain hands-on experience, and transform your innovative ideas into impactful solutions. Through the term-based structure, you'll have the opportunity to delve deeply into various aspects of entrepreneurship, fostering comprehensive growth and development throughout the 1 year program.
In the span of a year you'll achieve significant milestones and accomplishments towards your startup's future. Here's what you can expect from this transformative program:

Taught in collaboration with UNSW Founders & AGSM @ UNSW Business School, his program is supported by the Australian Government's Startup-HELP initiative, allowing you to access fee support while you study.
UNSW Founders is Australia's leading university-based entrepreneurial program, dedicated to supporting founders at all levels of experience to pursue entrepreneurial careers and launch startups.
Since its inception in 2017, the program has supported over 1,000 startups, provided entrepreneurial skills training through workshops and masterclasses to over 20,000 individuals, and launched 109 startups through the 10x Accelerator programs. Collectively, the UNSW Founders alumni have raised over $155+ million of investment capital, created 500+ jobs, and hold a total enterprise value of over $740+ million.

As well as the above, you will be required to submit a 3 minute motivational video as a part of your application. Applications and motivation videos will be screened. Applicants who are successful in the first phase will be invited to an online interview in the second phase of the selection process.
You may be asked to provide evidence of your English proficiency to study at UNSW depending on your educational background and citizenship. English language skills are vitally important for coping with lectures, tutorials, assignments and examinations - this is why UNSW requires a minimum English language competency for enrolment.
If you're completing an Australian Year 12 qualification (e.g. NSW HSC or equivalent), you do not need to provide anything extra to prove your proficiency. Your qualification will be used as evidence of your English proficiency.

This program has been designed for budding entrepreneurs who are seeking to build, launch and grow startups.
Students who have successfully completed the Graduate Diploma in Entrepreneurship program (Startup Year) with credit average (65) or above may be eligible for credits for up to three courses* into the Master of Business Administration (MBA), offered by AGSM @ UNSW Business School.
*Entry into AGSM MBA programs is subject to meeting the AGSM Admissions Criteria
