Graduate Certificate
The Graduate Certificate of Food Science program is designed for graduates from cognate disciplines wishing to develop their knowledge and skills in Food Science. This will enable students to meet or maintain professional accreditation standards and to provide opportunities for developing their career opportunities. Students will develop their technical knowledge and ability to analyse food science problems. They will also gain further skills in solving food science problems and justifying professional decisions.
