It is designed for both candidates with an agribusiness background wishing to enhance their skills and candidates seeking to gain employment in the agribusiness sector.

Entry requirements

A candidate shall:

(a) hold an AQF Level 7 qualification;
or

(b) have at least three years relevant work experience.

Applicants admitted under rule (b) must submit a Statement of Service from an employer.

What you will learn

Upon completion of this course, students will be able to:

  1. demonstrate specialised knowledge of agribusiness disciplinary concepts within selected areas of study;
  2. identify, critically evaluate and synthesise relevant information drawn from a range of sources;
  3. apply critical reasoning and advanced analytical skills to solve complex agribusiness problems and issues; and
  4. demonstrate proficiency in information transfer in written and oral formats at a professional level, either independently or working collaboratively.
