What you will learn

This 6-month degree incorporates online, face-to-face and intensive seminar classes. You will:

  • examine 'best-practice' principles in military operations
  • analyse how laws intersect with relevant government policies
  • explore ethical and intercultural considerations
  • undertake a research dissertation on an area of operational commercial law.

Course structure

To qualify for the Professional Certificate in Operational Commercial Law, the student must complete satisfactorily:

  • the core course 'Operational Commercial Law' (3 units)
  • a research dissertation of not longer than 6,000 words (3 units).
