Our Master of Arts (Curatorial & Museum Studies) is delivered in cooperation with the Art Gallery of South Australia and other Australian cultural organisations. We give you the specialised training and networks needed to thrive in the global museum and gallery sector.

• Learn about collection and exhibition development.
• Research, document and interpret images and objects.
• Explore issues of conservation and heritage.
• Build skills in museum and gallery management.
• Complete two minor research projects.
• Undertake a four-week internship in a state or national institution.
• Gain experience with databases and digital tools used in cultural organisations.
• Learn about public programs, marketing, copyright and registration.

You might be a program manager for a living arts festival. You could develop an innovative concept for an international exhibition or discover the work of an emerging contemporary artist. Perhaps you'll travel the world collecting unique pieces for a national body.
