Doctorate (PhD)
The Doctor of Philosophy / Master of Psychology (Organisational and Human Factors) combined program provides exceptional students with an opportunity to complete both a PhD and a Master of Psychology (Organisational and Human Factors) over four years.
The PhD is the University's flagship research award and is the standard pre-requisite for a career in research or academia, whilst the Master of Psychology (Organisational and Human Factors) will provide graduates with the tertiary-level education required to be eligible for registration as a Psychologist and eligibility for membership of the Australian Psychological Society's (APS) College of Organisational Psychologists.
