Course structure

To qualify for the double degree of Bachelor of Engineering (Honours) (Chemical) with Bachelor of Finance and Banking, the student must complete satisfactorily a program of study consisting of the following requirements with a combined total of not less than 120 units, comprising:

  • Bachelor of Engineering (Honours) (Chemical) courses to the value of 84 units, including Core courses up to the value of at least 81 units and elective courses to the value of 3 units.
  • Bachelor of Finance and Banking courses to the value of 36 units, including Core courses to the value of 33 units and Elective courses to the value of 3 units.
  • A total of 8 weeks of approved engineering work placement is required.
