A Master of Design encourages designers, developers, technologists, programmers, artists and teachers to explore the space between design, project management and business disciplines. It offers the high-level knowledge to successfully implement design practice and principles to various societal needs. At the same time, it introduces cutting-edge technologies, systems and applications. Complete the standard Master of Design in 18 months or the Advanced Masters in two years.

The course is blended with online and face-to-face subjects, providing a flexible learning environment. In the core subjects, you'll explore conceptual challenges and questions of visual expressions to develop useful, usable and appropriate designs for good. You'll explore aspects of the user experience, the role of design in humanising information, and the aesthetic and practical dynamics of effective communication and branding in the international industry landscape. With a variety of electives to choose from, you can design your course to suit your interests. You'll extend your managerial skills and practice; build your understanding of strategic processes; use creative tools and design research; discover the convergent space between disciplines; and explore the latest design theory, practice and innovation.
