The Australian Critical Incident Stress Association (ACISA) Stress and Trauma Scholarship

The purpose of the scholarship is to encourage students to undertake applied research in the area of stress and trauma in the community or workplace. Established in 2008 and maintained by funds donated from the Australian Critical Incident Stress Association Inc (ACISA).

Available to:  Current Student
Level of study:  Postgraduate Coursework
Citizenship:  Australian and Permanent Residents or NZ citizens International student

Awarded to students who undertake applied research in the area of stress and trauma in the community or workplace.

Eligibility

An applicant is eligible for the award of a scholarship in a year, if the student:

• is enrolled in the Master of Mental Health program; and
• is enrolled in the course entitled Independent Mental Health Project A in semester 1; and
• intends to enrol in the course entitled Independent Mental Health Project B in either the following semester or the year immediately following; and
• is undertaking an Independent Mental Health Project in the broad research area of stress and trauma in the community or workplace.
