Yahaya Umar

I hope people will see the positive in every step others take in executing their actions and be able to support one another to get to where we want to get to and make the world a better place for the current and the future generations to come.

First of all my name is Yahaya Umar. I'm a Nigerian and I studied in Near East University which is located in the Turkish Republic of Northern Cyprus. My bachelor's degree is Computer Engineering which I completed in four years; I was able to achieve some of my dreams though I faced some challenges during my undergraduate, though it is normal in life. I was also a leader of the Northern Nigerian students association in the university for two years which normally is one, but because of the trust people put in me I was their leader for two years which they even awarded me as the best leader of all the associations we have in the school, to advance my knowledge and also have a good understanding of how to associate with people. One of the things I hope to get during my studies is being a good example for those that believe in me and also for my country. I hope to achieve a better understanding of life so that I can not only represent my family or my country but but also the whole of Africa so that whenever people hear of Africa they will feel that there was once a student from Africa that set a good example and made people feel safe whenever they hear of Africa and they can depend upon Africans. Though no matter how good you try to put things right there is always other people that will see it in the other way. I hope people will see the positive in every step others take in executing their actions and be able to support one another to get to where we want to get to and make the world a better place for the current and the future generations to come.
