The Graduate Diploma in Property has been designed to help you develop the specialised knowledge and skills required to practice as a property advisor or manager.

The flexible structure of this curriculum includes combination of face-to-face and online delivery modes that suit working professionals. Through your studies, you will address the industry need for property specialists with a particular focus on corporate real estate, development and management.

Through this diploma, you will learn to apply knowledge of property theory and concepts to the local and global professional arena, demonstrating evidenced-based judgement and ethical decision-making. You'll develop specialist skills in problem evaluation, and learn to determine property value and return for diverse asset classes and projects.

Your classes will develop the ability to respond to emerging trends and organisational needs across the sector, and you will learn to analyse property data and information from diverse sources, think critically, conduct research, and apply investment and valuation techniques. Finally, you will develop communication and technical skills that will allow you to communicate property development proposals, financial and valuation analyses and strategy to stakeholders.

Entry requirements

You must have:

  • successfully completed an Australian Bachelor degree (or equivalent overseas qualification)

OR

  • a minimum of 5 years professional work experience in a related industry. Applicants with professional experience at a senior level that is less than 5 years may also be considered.
