You must either have a:

  • recognised bachelor degree in any discipline with a minimum grade point average (GPA) of 4.50 (on QUT's 7-point scale) plus a minimum of two years' full-time post-degree professional work experience which could include projects managing complex groups of stakeholders or supervising staff; or
  • minimum of seven years' full-time professional work experience which could include managing projects managing complex groups of stakeholders or supervising staff.
Additional entry requirements

You may be required to:

  • sit the Graduate Management Admissions Test (GMAT) (the worldwide standard in aptitude assessment for admission to postgraduate management programs) and achieve a minimum score of 550. GMAT details (PDF file 271.8 KB).
  • attend an interview with the course coordinator or nominee.

Our Graduate Certificate in Business

(Enterprise Leadership)
is designed as an extension of our Enterprise Leadership Program (ELP) professional development modules to provide you with a postgraduate level qualification in leading with an enterprise perspective.

In the ELP short course you undertake four professional development modules and at the conclusion of each you have the option to undertake academic extension unit for that module. Academic extension involves one online learning module and two assessments for each module. The successful completion of these four optional academic extension units provides you with a Graduate Certificate in Business (Enterprise Leadership).

Flexible delivery

Learn flexibly in different environments including online learning face-to-face facilitated workshops and a workplace project.
