With rapid growth of the health-care sector, the world's demand for healthcare practitioners expertly trained in managerial practices is also rising. A Graduate Certificate in Health Administration, the pathway to exploring concepts key to management systems and outcomes and leadership practices within health, provides skills applicable to managerial decision-making across healthcare settings.

Our course encompasses the complexities of healthcare leadership by teaching health system change and clinical leadership, safety and quality systems, health policy and law, and financial management in healthcare. Entry requirements

An Australian undergraduate degree (or equivalent) in a cognate discipline* with at least a pass (50%) average,

AND a minimum of one to two years of relevant industry/management experience**

*Relevant cognate disciplines include; medical, nursing, allied health, (other health related degree e.g. chiropractic, psychology, public health, environmental health, paramedic, imaging (radiology, nuclear medicine), biomedical engineering, dietetics/nutrition, pharmacy, social work, medical science/biomedical science/immunology, health science, laboratory science, science, and health economics); or economics, law, or business

**Relevant work experience in the field of health and public health administration in the health industry, e.g. government, policy, provider such as hospital, clinic, or non-government organisation.

The Graduate Certificate of Health Administration is not currently accepting international applications.

English requirements
