My life has really taken off after receiving that Scholarship, so I say apply.

One of the biggest problems that I believe faces the legal industry is a lack of access to fair and affordable justice, and I want to change that.

Access to legal assistance and legal aid is extremely difficult, particularly for immigrants or people with a non-English background, as well as people of low socio-economic background.

For me the scholarship really cemented that I would really like to work in Human Rights, for example, indigenous cultures. I really wouldn't have learnt that if it wasn't for the scholarship, wasn't for the leadership program.

I work for a Barrister at the moment, a Queens council, and he was really interested in the fact that I took the initiative to apply for the Scholarship, and not just receiving it, but actually actively engaging with the various opportunities that the Scholarship was giving me.

My life has really taken off after receiving that Scholarship, so I say apply. It's not a difficult process, And you've got nothing to lose.
