Entry requirements

  • A three-year undergraduate degree or equivalent in any discipline area; and
  • A major in a language other than English, or provide a statement of equivalence

Meeting these requirements does not guarantee selection. In ranking applications, the Selection Committee will consider prior academic performance.

Students who are eligible for Victorian Institute of Teaching registration but seek additional recognition as an accredited Language teacher, must complete the Language Teaching specialisation.
