Medshop Australia Student Scholarship Program - 2018

In 2017 Medshop launched the student scholarship program. This is an initiative designed to support the students who will become the medical and healthcare professionals of the future. In 2019 we are proud to introduce the third annual Medshop Student Scholarship Program.

Application Requirements

Applicants must be currently enrolled and studying full-time in a medical or healthcare related course at an Australian University or Registered Training Organisation eg. Tafe. The scholarship is open to domestic students and international students who are currently residing in and completing their studies in Australia.

Applicants must submit an essay outlining in 1000 words or less:

Applicants are required to follow Medshop Australia on one or more social media channels and share the scholarship details on either Facebook or Twitter with the hashtag: #medshopscholarship

Terms and Conditions

• Scholarship funds will be paid in a lump sum directly into the Australian bank account of the recipients choice.
• Any applications that are incomplete, do not meet the above listed requirements, or provide false documentation of any kind will not be considered.
• Shortlisted applicants will be contacted to provide official proof of enrolment beyond the census date for their specific course.
• Medshop Australia reserves the right to publish a short excerpt or quotation from the scholarship winner and runner-up essays' on our blog and social media channels. By submitting an application you are granting Medshop permission to publish excerpts or quotations from your essay.
• Applications close at 11:59pm AEST on the 10th of April.
• The winning applicants will be announced in May 2019.
