The course is also relevant for candidates wishing to undertake applied research relevant to their professional responsibilities and interests in the area of TESOL and applied linguistics. * This course does not provide an initial teaching qualification. Applicants seeking an initial qualification to teach English as an Additional Language in schools in Australia may also require a registered initial teaching qualification such as Master of Teaching (Primary/ Secondary) or Bachelor of Education (Primary/Secondary).
