About this course

This program allows you to explore key issues and challenges in commercial law and practice in areas of global interest. You will be taught by leading academics and commercial practitioners. The broad range of offerings enables you to build on your knowledge and skills in an existing area of interest or specialisation, such as Asian or US law, or move into an international business environment for the first time. Persons eligible to enrol in this program include:Subjects are usually delivered in block mode over five days across all teaching semesters.   Some subjects may be offered during semesters one and two and may be delivered over 8-12 weeks. These subjects are recognised by other Australian Law schools, and cross-institutional study is welcome. In some semesters, a minor thesis of 12,000 words, equivalent to two subjects may be undertaken, subject to approval. All subjects offered are capable of being credited to other LLM programs in Australia.
