This course considers issues for the healthy and independent older people as well as services and policies related to the support and care needs of frail older people. It embodies a multidisciplinary approach, integrating biological, psychological and social perspectives on ageing. The course intended learning outcomes for this degree are currently under revision. The course requires the completion of 60 credit points over 6 months full-time or one year part-time study.
