Graduate Certificate
Applicants must normally hold an approved bachelor degree or equivalent qualification and must have a minimum of three years' full-time equivalent post-degree work experience. Applicants who do not hold an approved bachelor degree or equivalent qualification but have seven years' full-time equivalent (two years' (full-time equivalent) of which are at management level) relevant work experience will also be considered. Applicants who meet the academic and/or work experience requirements must take part in an interview.
Graduate DiplomaApplicants must normally hold an approved bachelor degree or equivalent qualification and have a minimum of three years' full-time equivalent post-degree work experience; or hold the Graduate Certificate in Business Administration from Flinders University or equivalent qualification and have either a minimum of seven years' full-time equivalent pre-certificate work experience or three years' full-time equivalent post-certificate work experience. Applicants who meet the academic and/or work experience requirements must take part in an interview.
MastersApplicants for the Master of Business Administration must normally hold a bachelor degree from an approved tertiary institution, with at least three years post-degree work experience or have completed the Graduate Diploma in Business Administration (having met the current entry requirements of that qualification).
Applicants for the MBA (Health) must normally hold a bachelor degree and have a minimum of four years' full-time equivalent professional experience working in the health or aged care sector after completion of the degree by the commencement date of the course OR hold a bachelor degree in a health-related field and have at least 3 yearsâ experience in the health or aged care industry and intend to study part-time (and thus add to professional experience whilst studying).
